Our History

W. R. Murdock & Sons, Inc. is a hydraulic service and component company. Murdock’s services all makes of models of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and cylinders. We also sell hydraulic valve, fittings hoses, components and parts manufactured by several major manufacturers.

Founded in 1969 by W. R. Murdock, Sr. the company has grown steadily over the years. Today it includes a team of skilled factory trained technicians, modern testing equipment and an extensive inventory of parts and components.

Our focus is on providing quality service to all our customers both large and small. We are committed to supplying the best available solution to your hydraulic problems as quickly as possible.

What our Customers Say:

We first met the folks at W. R. Murdock’s back in the mid 1990’s. We were not customer when we walked in asked for help. We had a hydraulic issue we had never dealt with before. Without hesitation, the staff started working on fixing our problem. They treated us as if we were a long time respected customer even though it was our first meeting. Our problem was quickly solved and as we left my dad made the comment “There is a well-established and down to earth business.” Dad also predicted we would be dealing with Murdock’s for years come. Since that time, Murdock’s has helped with any hydraulic issue we have had, including pumps, motors, cylinders, valves or even a simple how to do something. They always assist whole heartedly and with joy. Over the years. we’ve seen several workers come and go but they always replace them with educated and well-mannered employees. We have even watched as one worker, who started cleaning up and as an assistant, move up to be one of the best hydraulic specialist and managers in the business today. I have and always will recommend Murdock’s to anyone with any kind of hydraulic equipment.
